WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms and conditions or policies published by Global Market Insights on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Market Insights concerning the Services.

11.2 Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Global Market Insights of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Global Market Insights to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without Global Market Insights' prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void.
